Idaho K–6 music standards

Idaho writes its own music standards. They are published as Idaho Content Standards General Music, adopted 2024 and are not a version of a national framework. Every one is matched to a national standard.

General Music only. Idaho's Music Ensembles, Music Theory and Music Technology standards are proficiency-level secondary electives (Levels 1-5 / 1-3) that CSP tags K-12; they are not grade-based and are excluded. Grade derived from Idaho's own code band as for art.
