Mississippi K–6 social-emotional learning standards

Mississippi writes its own social-emotional learning standards. They are published as Mississippi K-12 Social Emotional Learning Standards (2021), adopted 2021 and are not a version of a national framework. Every one is matched to a national standard.

ADOPTED (7 Miss. Admin. Code Pt. 220, Jan 2021) - settles the defer-note adoption question (it is adopted, not proposed). Extracted from the MDE SEL Standards PDF via scripts/extract-ms-sel.py (per-anchor grade-band grid; Performance Standards column x<300, Strategies column excluded). 168 K-6 rows across 15 anchor standards (5 CASEL domains). Derived code {anchor}.{band}.{num} (anchor+number are MS, band is MS); bands K-2/3-5/6-8 (6-8 covers grade 6); 9-12/11-12 dropped.
