North Dakota K–6 health standards

North Dakota writes its own health standards. They are published as North Dakota Health Content Standards, adopted 2026 and are not a version of a national framework. Every one is matched to a national standard.

CSP's 'Health (2008-)' family and NDDPI's 2020 CASE package are both superseded; the current adoption is the 2026 PDF (committee completed April 2026). Extracted from that PDF. Sex education omitted per Doctrine #6 at extraction time (5 rows dropped: 4.HC.3, 5.HC.4, MS.HC.5, MS.HC.6, MS.HC.7). MS (middle-school 6-8) set filed at grade 6. Re-run the extractor after any re-fetch.
