Oklahoma K–6 technology standards

Oklahoma writes its own technology standards. They are published as Oklahoma Academic Standards for Computer Science, adopted 2023 and are not a version of a national framework. 142 of 145 are matched to a national standard.

Manually grid-extracted from the 2023 OK CS PDF (all K-6 grades incl. grade 4, which the CSP draft was missing). Re-run scripts/extract-ok-technology.py after any re-fetch.
