Wisconsin K–6 health standards

Wisconsin writes its own health standards. They are published as Wisconsin Standards for Health Education, adopted 2026 and are not a version of a national framework. Every one is matched to a national standard.

Extracted directly from DPI’s adopted Wisconsin Standards for Health Education (January 2026, superseding the 2011 edition; the old cal/pdf/health-stds.pdf URL 404s — DPI republished under sspw/pdf/). CSP carried only ‘Health Science (2013-)’, the CTE Health SCIENCE career cluster (HSF1.a.4.m), which is NOT K-6 health education; it is excluded via draft manifest subjectMap so a re-fetch cannot overwrite this CSV, and scripts/extract-wi-health.mjs must be re-run after any re-fetch. Codes HE.S<standard>.<band><n> (S1-S8, band e=K-2 i=3-5 m=6-8 h=9-12). K-6 keeps bands e/i/m (6-8 filed as grade 6, as wi/dance,art,music); h out of scope. Doctrine #6 sex-ed strip applied at extraction (0 rows matched — the standard is skills-based).
