Arkansas K–6 music standards

Arkansas writes its own music standards. They are published as Arkansas 2020 Fine Arts Academic Standards, adopted 2020 and are not a version of a national framework. 127 of 133 are matched to a national standard.

Manually re-extracted 2026-07-25 from the CSP cache's three General Music (2020-) K-8 grade-band sets. Fixes the original defect where CSP collapsed 127 rows to 6 (only the grade-band letter A-F was supplied as the code; §65/§85). Verified 133/133 as contiguous normalized substrings of DESE's own Music 2020 PDF (scripts/verify-ar-arts.mjs). Re-run scripts/extract-ar-arts.mjs after any re-fetch.
