West Virginia writes its own physical education standards. They are published as WEST VIRGINIA COLLEGE- AND CAREER-READINESS STANDARDS FOR WELLNESS EDUCATION (2520.5), adopted 2018 and are not a version of a national framework. 109 of 112 are matched to a national standard.
